Building your own PC

I have been building my own PC for about 4 years now. I refuse to buy a prebuilt PC (well, my notebook is a DELL, but you can't build notebooks, yet), and I built one for my best friend. There is nothing like the feeling of getting a bunch of parts in the mail, and then put them all together like Lego pieces, you almost feel like God (well, not really). So, how many people have built their own PCs? Did you like it? Do you think I'm nuts?

I don't think you are nuts and I do know what it feels like to finally finish building your own PC. It is a great feeling and like you, I would never by a pre-made PC. I much rather build my own.

Hey Namo. I am following in your footsteps in CS300. I build my dream computer in 2006. It was fun, but hard too. I wouldn't say that I would never buy a pre built computer, but it was a great experience.
